These terms govern your use of the Nemo numerology app, provided by Rejoice Tech. By creating an account or using Nemo you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Nemo
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your phone and account secure and for everything done through your account.
2. What Nemo provides
- Numerology calculations from the name and birth details you enter.
- A free personalised snapshot, daily guidance, compatibility and topic insights.
- A paid, AI-written full numerology report, readable in the app and downloadable as a PDF.
- Paid live chat with an AI numerologist, billed per minute from a prepaid wallet.
Important: Nemo’s reports and chat replies are generated by artificial intelligence, not by a human astrologer. Numerology is a belief system; its content is for self-reflection, guidance and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and it does not predict or guarantee any outcome. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, money, relationships or safety; consult a qualified professional.
3. Prices and payment
- Full report: a one-time price shown in the app before you pay (currently ₹99).
- Live chat: charged from your prepaid wallet at the rate shown in the app (currently ₹9 per minute). Each chat has a minimum charge shown before you start (currently 10 minutes, ₹90); after that, each started minute is charged. A chat ends automatically when your balance runs out or after a period of inactivity.
- Payments are processed by Google Play Billing or, where offered, Razorpay. Their terms also apply to the payment.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change; changes never affect a purchase you have already made.
4. Refunds
- If a report you paid for cannot be generated, or a payment is taken but not credited, we will deliver it or refund you in full. Contact us with your order details.
- Because reports and chat minutes are digital content delivered immediately, completed purchases are otherwise non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
- Wallet balance is not transferable, has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. It is forfeited when you delete your account.
- Purchases made through Google Play may also be eligible for refunds under Google Play’s policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the OTP system or create accounts in someone else’s name; enter another person’s details without their permission; try to extract the AI system’s instructions or make it produce harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content; harass anyone through the service; reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service; or use Nemo for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. AI content and reporting
AI text may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You can report any chat reply or report section from inside the app (long-press a chat reply, or use the report menu). We review reports and use them to improve our safety filters.
7. Your content and our content
You keep the rights to the details and messages you provide, and you allow us to use them to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Your purchased report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The app, its design, text, graphics and software belong to Rejoice Tech and its licensors.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Nemo available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; if we discontinue paid features you have prepaid for, we will refund the unused part of your wallet.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nemo is provided “as is”, and Rejoice Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account; see account deletion. We may close accounts that break these terms or the law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any complaint with you first; please write to us. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of India.
